About the shop and the CSE Team!

Bill
Owner

Bill now has 50+ years of auto industry experience. He has completed Dale Carnegie Master Training, He has earned an enhanced inspection license for Cars, Trucks, Trailers, and Motorcycles. He also has certifications from various NAPA training classes. Auto racing has always been a passion in Bill’s life, and he is still involved in racing to this day.

Jim
Shop Foreman and Head Technician

The story goes that Jim got his start in the automotive industry by push-starting his dad’s ’47 Ford Coupe, and it was all downhill from there, literally. Back then, Jim enjoyed working on cars in his spare time, but his hobby eventually became a career. Before joining our team at CSE Automotive, Jim worked at several auto dealerships, gaining experience and earning his ASE certification. He has now been the head tech at CSE since 2000. Jim spends his leisure time with his four children when he is not expertly repairing cars at CSE. And while his main interest has always been hot rods—of which he’s worked on many—he also enjoys playing the saxophone, a talent dating back to his time in a local rock band.

Marrianne
Marketing and HR

Although she started in the medical field, Marrianne has found her place with the guys here at CSE. Since joining our crew in 2008, she keeps our marketing efforts strong. She is also our Human Resources person; she shows her compassion for her coworkers daily. Her family is a fundamental part of her life, with 3 sons, 8 grandchildren and a large extended family.

Andy
Technician

Although Andy is well trained in newer vehicles, his passions are Classics and Antiques. He has many project cars at his home garage that he enjoys working on in his spare time. He spent many years racing Quads, and enjoying Auto Shows, where he was a Judge. Andy has been a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America since the early 1990’s. We have had the pleasure of having Andy at our shop since 2019.

Ellie
Front Desk

Starting in the spring of 2022. Ellie is the “gal” at the front desk. Don’t let that fool you though, she has been tinkering with vehicles of all shapes and sized since she was a young girl holding the flashlight for her Dad! Ellie’s 17+ years in Scouting has given her phenomenal organizations and communication skills, as well as a knack for thinking outside the box.
